MALIBU – CBS President Les Moonves and TV show host Julie Chen have sold their home in Malibu for $12.99 million.
The 3,014-square-foot, three-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom house is located in the highly desirable Los Angeles beach town, the summer home to some of the most powerful people in the entertainment world.
Moonves and Chen picked up the home in 2008 for $10 million.
The Malibu, CA, mansion—which, of course, has televisions throughout, including in the bathrooms—features teak floors, a wide entrance that connects to an open living area, and a driveway opening up to the Pacific Coast Highway. There is a stacked stone wall, offering privacy befitting the head of a network and a well-known network personality.
