PMX Gold is marching its gold machines out to the common man
Interested in buying up to 10 grams of gold? Straight from an ATM-like terminal? PMX Gold Communities installed a new gold terminal Friday at the Town Center at Boca Raton where shoppers can spend anywhere from $99 to $799, a company official said.
“Our vision is that people use this as an investment or as a present,” said Meris Kott, managing director of PMX Gold bullion sales. The touch-screen machine provides product images and history and accepts debit and credit cards, Kott said. A pilot machine was launched two years ago for a 4-month trial, she said.
